THE MISTASSIBI RIVER

RAPIDS
Come and tackle the 6 to 8 km run and go down famous rapids such as H20, Moby Dick, Overdose, Colorado, Hawaii, and Black Mass. These rapids are rated at an international Class level of IV-V. These Class IV-V long rapids consist of high volumes of water, gradient slopes and sharp inclination of powerful gushing water. There is no other waterway as easily accessible as the Mistassibi River.

WATER LEVEL

CLASSIFICATION
We access an international classification system that identifies six main categories of rapids. The quotation begins with a Class 1, a rapid that is easily travelled, and finishes with a Class VI, a rapid that is impassible without a waterflow that is favorable.
